Where are your apartments located?

We currently have apartments in 4 different locations in Manchester and Salford. All of our apartments are positioned for very easy access to the City Centre.

Is free parking available?

All of our apartments come with free parking for at least one vehicle. Additional parking may also be available depending on the apartment.

Do you have a minimum length of stay?

Our minimum length of stay varies depending on how far in advance the reservation is made. For bookings made for than a month in advance we have a 7 night minimum stay. For bookings made 2 weeks in advance of arrival we have a 2 night minimum stay. Do you offer long stay discounts?

Absolutely. We specialise in longer stays, and should you be staying for more than 4 weeks please contact us directly to discuss pricing.

How can I check in to the apartments?

We offer a meet and greet service where our friendly staff will meet you at your chosen apartment, and give you a detailled tour of the property and facilities before leaving you to enjoy your stay. Upon making a reservation check in and check out instructions will be sent by email.

Question 6

Can I check in early or have a late departure?

Accepted Answer

Our check in time is between 3pm and 10pm, and out checkout time is 11am. We can offer an out of hours checkin for an additional cost of £20 and this is subject to prior arrangement. We will always accommodate a complimentary early checkin or later checkout subject to availability.

Will I receive any housekeeping during my stay?

For stays longer than 9 nights, guests will receive a complimentary housekeeping service which includes an apartment clean and linen change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and can also accept payments by bank transfer.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?

Accepted Answer

We require a refundable damage deposit of £250 on arrival which is usually collected by credit card. The deposit is refunded back to the credit card at the end of the stay subject to an inspection of the property.

Is wireless internet included?

All of our apartments include free high speed wireless broadband with a minimum connection speed of 20Mb.

Do you have fully equipped kitchens?

All of our apartments come with fully equipped kitchens including cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. They also have appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and also a toaster.

Are the apartments suitable for parties?

Accepted Answer

As our apartments are in private residential buildings, parties or any activiity which could cause a disturbance  to neighbours is strictly forbidden. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate groups of hen or stag parties.

Is linen and bedding included?

Accepted Answer

Our apartments are supplied with luxurious egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. For stays longer than 9 nights we also include a complimentary weekly apartment clean and linen change.
